基于CiteSpace知识图谱对伤科接骨片治疗骨折研究现状与趋势的可视化分析*

摘要:
目的:基于CiteSpace知识图谱的文献计量学分析,全面梳理伤科接骨片治疗骨折的研究现状、热点前沿和发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库与Web of Science核心合集数据库建库至2024年8月31日收录的与伤科接骨片治疗骨折相关的文献,采用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对年度发文量、作者、发文机构、关键词共现、聚类、时间线图与突现进行分析。结果:共纳入文献309篇,总体发文量不多但呈波动增长趋势。该领域作者多以单独发文为主,缺乏作者群之间的交流,发文机构分布广泛,发文量最多的单位是广州中医药大学。共提取到296个关键词,形成13个聚类标签,涵盖临床疗效评估、骨折适应范围、作用机制探索和中医药疗法4个层面。该领域的研究热点从对骨痂生长和骨折愈合的初步观察,逐步转向对骨折适用范围、生物学指标、消肿止痛等疗效及其作用机制的探讨。结论:伤科接骨片治疗骨折的相关研究仍处于持续发展阶段。未来该领域可聚焦于伤科接骨片治疗骨折关键药效物质的全景式辨识、多成分协同机制的科学阐释及组方中药配伍的科学内涵解析,有助于指导该中成药品种的临床合理用药,充分发挥中医药促进骨折愈合的独特优势和作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To comprehensively analyze and visualize the research status, hotspots, frontiers, and development trends in fracture therapy with Shangke Jiegu Tablet (伤科接骨片) using bibliometric analysis based on the CiteSpace knowledge graph. Methods: Literature related to the treatment of fractures with Shangke Jiegu Tablet was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, CBM, and Web of Science Core Collection up to August 31, 2024. CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze annual publication volume, authors, institutions, keyword co-occurrence, clustering, timeline mapping, and keyword bursts. Results: A total of 309 articles were included. The overall publication volume is modest but shows a fluctuating upward trend. Authors in this field mostly published independently, with limited collaboration among research teams. Publishing institutions are widely distributed, with Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine being the most prolific. A total of 296 keywords were extracted, forming 13 clusters covering four dimensions: clinical efficacy evaluation, fracture indications, action mechanism investigation, and TCM therapies. Research hotspots have shifted from preliminary observations of callus growth and fracture healing efficacy to exploring fracture indications, biological indicators, effectiveness in reducing swelling and pain, and underlying mechanisms. Conclusion: Research on Shangke Jiegu Tablet for fracture treatment is still in a continuous development stage. Future research could focus on the panoramic identification of its key effective substances, scientific interpretation of multi-component synergistic mechanisms, and analysis of the scientific connotation of herbal compatibility within the formula. This will help guide its rational clinical use and fully leverage the unique advantages of TCM in promoting fracture healing.
