孟河医派临方同捣之内涵*

摘要：系统梳理《孟河四家医集》临方同捣入煎剂的药对组成、性味、归经和剂量，寻找两药配伍规律，分析临方同捣作用。孟河临方同捣药对多为黏性与非黏性组合，前者剂量均大于后者。两药药性基本相似，归经多有交集，药味多辛甘配伍。孟河医家将药对临方同捣为复合物，增加药物溶出同时保留挥发性成分，通过合理配伍增强疗效。

Abstract：

This paper systematically sorts out the composition, nature and flavor, meridian tropism, and dosage of herb pairs that pounding together in clinical prescriptions before being decocted, as recorded in the Menghe Sijia Yiji. It aims to explore the compatibility rules of these herb pairs and analyze the effect of pounding together in clinical prescriptions. Most of the herb pairs pounding together in Menghe prescriptions consist of sticky herb and non-sticky herb, with the dosage of the former always higher than that of the latter. The properties of the two herbs in a pair are basically similar, their meridian tropisms mostly overlap, and their flavors are often a combination of pungent and sweet. Physicians of the Menghe medical school processed herb pairs into a composite by pounding together, which not only increases the dissolution of medicinal components but also retains volatile ingredients. Through reasonable compatibility, this method enhances the therapeutic effect of the prescription.
