推拿治疗肩周炎的作用机制研究进展*

摘要：

从分子生物学、影像组学、生物力学、血液流变学等方面阐述推拿治疗肩周炎的作用机制。肩周炎是一种临床常见的肩关节退行性疾病。推拿治疗肩周炎疗效确切，其作用机制主要包括调节神经系统、降低炎症因子水平、恢复肩关节力学平衡、改善局部血液循环等。

Abstract：

This article elaborates on the mechanism of Tuina in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis  from the perspectives of molecular biology, radiomics, biomechanics, and hemorheology. Scapulohumeral periarthritis is a common clinical degenerative shoulder joint disease. Tuina therapy is effective for scapulohumeral periarthritis, and its mechanisms primarily include regulating the nervous system, reducing levels of inflammatory factors, restoring the mechanical balance of the shoulder joint, and improving local blood circulation.
