成果导向教育理念下中医药文化融入急救护理学课程“案例-情境-价值”三维模式构建与应用*

摘要:
目的:探索成果导向教育(OBE)理念下中医药文化融入急救护理学课程“案例-情境-价值”三维模式构建及应用效果,以期为培养新时期护理人才提供创新性教学改革方案。方法:通过成立编撰专家组构建包含中医药文化思想的急救护理学课程思政案例素材库,基于思政素材库利用智慧树平台创建思政情境案例电子库。将湖南中医药大学护理学本科2021级6个教学班通过整群随机抽样的方法分为观察组与对照组,每组3个班,分别实行思政情境案例电子库支持的混合式教学与传统教学。通过职业价值观量表、人文关怀认知量表、课程满意度调查表、课程成绩评估新教学模式对护生价值观及课程成绩影响。结果:构建的思政案例素材库和思政情境案例电子库包含4大模块65个典型案例,覆盖80%以上课程知识点,涵盖了中医药文化思想精髓。教学实证显示,观察组护生各维度职业价值观评分、各维度人文关怀认知评分、课程满意度、课程成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OBE理念下中医药文化融入急救护理学课程“案例-情境-价值”三维模式构建能有效实现知识传授与价值引领的协同效应,可以为同类院校开展课程思政建设提供可借鉴的实施模式与典型案例。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the construction and
application effect of the "case-situation-value" three-dimensional
model for integrating traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture into the
emergency nursing curriculum under the concept of Outcome-Based Education
(OBE), aiming to provide an innovative teaching reform plan for cultivating
nursing talents in the new era. Methods: A compilation expert group was
established to construct a database of ideological and political education
cases containing Chinese medicine culture thoughts for the emergency nursing
course. Based on this database, an electronic database of ideological and political
situational cases was created using the Zhihuishu platform. Six undergraduate
nursing classes of the 2021 cohort from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine
were divided into an observation group and a control group by cluster random
sampling, with 3 classes in each group. They respectively implemented blended
teaching supported by the electronic database of ideological and political
situational cases and traditional teaching. The impact of the new teaching
model on nursing students' values and course performance was evaluated through
the vocational values scale, humanistic care cognition scale, course
satisfaction survey, and course score assessment. Results: The constructed
database of ideological and political education cases and the database of electronic
cases of ideological and political education situation included 65 typical
cases in 4 modules, covering more than 80% of the course knowledge points, and
the essence of TCM cultural ideas. Teaching evidence showed that the scores of
each dimension of vocational values, the scores of each dimension of humanistic
care cognition, the course satisfaction and the course scores the nursing
students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,
and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The
construction of the three-dimensional integration model of
"Case-Situation-Value" for integrating TCM culture into the emergency
nursing curriculum under the OBE concept can effectively realize the synergistic
effect of knowledge impartment and value guidance. It can provide a reference
implementation model and typical cases for similar institutions to carry out
curriculum-based ideological and political construction.
