“一带一路”倡议下中医药海外中心创新模式探析*

摘要：梳理现有中医药海外中心建设模式和特色，系统分析“中国-摩洛哥中医药中心”建设模式、成效和创新点，探讨提出在援外医疗队基础上建设中医药海外中心模式在医疗服务、管理模式、人员保障以及中医药传播等方面的创新特色。以期在“一带一路”倡议深入推进，中医药“走出去”背景下，为中医药海外中心建设提供参考，推动中医药国际化高质量和可持续发展。

Abstract：

This article, by sorting out the existing construction models and characteristics of overseas centers of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), systematically analyzes the construction model, achievements and innovation points of the "China-Morocco TCM Center", and explores and proposes the innovative features of the model of building TCM overseas centers based on foreign aid medical teams in terms of medical services, management models, personnel guarantees and the dissemination of TCM. It is expected that under the background of the in-depth advancement of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the "going global" of TCM, this will provide a reference for the construction of TCM overseas centers and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the internationalization of TCM.
