古代中医文献对类似肌束震颤症的论治*

摘要：

肌束震颤是一种常见的临床疾病，从该病的病名、病因病机及治疗三方面对中医文献进行梳理。根据其发病部位，总结其命名；从感受外邪和脏腑内伤两方面对肌束震颤中医病因病机进行分析；同时结合古籍细化辨证分型，从祛除外邪、脏腑论治和针刺治疗三方面对其归纳。

关键词：肌束震颤；肌肉蠕动；肌肉跳动；病因病机；中医治疗

Abstract：Muscle bundle tremor is a common disease in clinic. This paper reviews the theory of muscle bundle tremor in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from the perspectives of disease nomenclature, etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment. Based on the localization of the condition, an appropriate name has been summarized. The TCM etiology and pathogenesis of fasciculation are analyzed through the external an evil influence and internal zangfu injuries. Simultaneously, by integrating refined syndrome differentiation and classification from ancient texts, this review summarizes approaches to treatment focusing on three key aspects: eliminating external pathogens, dialectical treatment through the zangfu, and acupuncture therapy.
