中医二便相关症的规范化研究思路与方法*

摘要：

中医临床信息标准化、规范化是促进中医学科建设的基础工作。目前二便相关症在术语命名、内涵界定、症状量化标准、临床意义阐释及术语英译等方面存在规范欠佳的问题，影响了中医的临床诊病的准确性，也不利于学术交流与国际传播。因此，有必要对中医二便相关症的术语框架和症状内涵进行进一步梳理，明确二便相关症量化评估标准，并结合古今医学知识，拓展二便相关症的临床意义，使其更加全面、符合临床实际。同时，在明确二便相关症的内涵基础上，提炼和总结出中医术语英译模式，为打造标准化中医话语体系做铺垫。

Abstract：

Standardization and normalization of clinical information in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are foundational for the advancement of TCM discipline. Currently, there are problems with inadequate standardization in terms of terminology naming, connotation definition, symptom quantification standards, clinical significance interpretation, and terminology english translation related to the urination and defecation symptoms, which affects the accuracy of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment and hinders academic exchange and international dissemination. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the framework and connotations of symptoms related to urination and defecation, clarify quantification assessment standards for these symptoms, and expand the clinical significance of these symptoms in combination with ancient and modern medical knowledge, making them more comprehensive and consistent with clinical practice. Meanwhile, based on better understanding of the connotations of symptoms related to urination and defecation, patterns for the english translation of TCM terminology should be summarized, so as to lay the groundwork for creating a standardized system of TCM discourse.
