龙砂医派周小农诊治心系病特色探要*

摘要：周小农是龙砂医学的代表性医家之一。通过探析其著作《周小农医案》，总结周小农诊疗心系病特色经验，以期为现代心血管疾病的防治提供新思路、新方法。其重视问诊，强调时间节律对疾病转归的影响，并以此指导选方用药；延伸治肝之法，从肝治心；善用复法，以求速效，丸药缓治痼疾求其渐效；讲究用药，注重炮制，因地取材；冬令进补膏滋养生，注重食疗善后调养。

Abstract：ZHOU Xiaonong is one of the representative physicians
of Longsha medicine school. By exploring his work ZHOU Xiaonong's Medical
Cases, this paper summarizes the characteristic experience of ZHOU Xiaonong in
diagnosing and treating heart-related diseases, aiming to provide new ideas and
methods for the prevention and treatment of modern cardiovascular diseases. He
attached great importance to diagnosis, emphasized the influence of time rhythm
on the prognosis of diseases, and used this to guide the selection of
prescriptions and medications. He extended the methods of treating the liver
and treated the heart by regulating the liver. He was good at using complex
treatment methods to achieve quick effects, and used pills to treat chronic
diseases gradually for long-term effects. He was particular about the use of
medicines, paid attention to their processing, and selected materials according
to local conditions. In winter, he advocated taking medicated ointments for
health preservation and emphasized dietary therapy for post-treatment
recuperation.
