中医药调节线粒体质量控制治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究进展*

摘要：过敏性鼻炎（AR）是一种常见的由变应原激发、免疫球蛋白E（IgE）介导的鼻黏膜Ⅰ型超敏反应，表现为鼻黏膜的慢性炎症，主要临床表现为突然和反复性、发作性鼻塞、流清涕、打喷嚏等，日益成为严重危害人类健康的全球性健康问题。线粒体质量控制（MQC）失衡是诱导过敏性鼻炎发生的重要机制，主要包括线粒体自噬、线粒体氧化应激、线粒体动力学等方面。中医药可通过多角度、多通路调节MQC，进而影响线粒体的结构和功能，显著改善AR患者的临床症状。通过总结中医药（包括单体化合物和复方）调节MQC治疗AR的实验研究和临床观察，发现MQC与AR发病机制密切相关。调节MQC可以维持受损细胞内线粒体稳态，发挥线粒体功能，控制AR的发生发展。

Abstract：
Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a common type I
hypersensitivity reaction of the nasal mucosa triggered by allergens and
mediated by immunoglobulin E (IgE), manifested as chronic inflammation of the
nasal mucosa. Its main clinical manifestations include sudden, recurrent, and paroxysmal
nasal congestion, clear nasal discharge, sneezing, etc., and it has
increasingly become a global health problem seriously endangering human health.
The imbalance of mitochondrial quality control (MQC) is an important mechanism
inducing the occurrence of allergic rhinitis, mainly including aspects such as
mitophagy, mitochondrial oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dynamics.
Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate MQC from multiple angles and through
multiple pathways, thereby affecting the structure and function of mitochondria
and significantly improving the clinical symptoms of AR patients. By
summarizing the experimental studies and clinical observations of traditional
Chinese medicine (including monomeric compounds and compound prescriptions) in
regulating MQC for the treatment of AR, it is found that MQC is closely related
to the pathogenesis of AR. Regulating MQC can maintain mitochondrial
homeostasis in damaged cells, exert mitochondrial functions, and control the
occurrence and development of AR.
