符号叙事视角下中医药康养旅游促进老年心理健康的思考*

摘要：近年来，老年人的心理健康问题作为预防保健服务体系的焦点越来越受到重视。在符号叙事视角下，中医药康养旅游与叙事治疗方法在理念上具有共性，可以进一步挖掘中医药康养旅游的发展潜力。针对老年旅游者认知与情感体验特点，中医药康养旅游运用象思维的隐喻机制，发挥景观符号文本利用空间传达意象的优势，推动老年旅游者在具有“未来-现在-过去”三重维度的自我与“自然”的动态关系中改变认知图式。符号叙事理论具有分析相关问题的价值与潜力，中医药康养旅游的符号叙事机制为作为拟主体的“自然”成为叙事治疗者，从而促进老年心理健康的旅游方法提供了理论可能性。

Abstract：

In recent years, the issue of mental health of the elderly has been emphasized as a focus of the preventive health care service system. From the perspective of semiotic narrative, traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness tourism and narrative therapy methods share commonalities in concept, which can further explore the development potential of traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness tourism. Targeting the cognitive and emotional experience characteristics of elderly tourists, traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness tourism employs the metaphorical mechanism of symbolic thinking, leveraging the advantage of landscape semiotic texts in conveying imagery through space, prompting elderly tourists to change their cognitive patterns in the dynamic relationship between the self and "nature" with the three dimensions of "future-present-past". Semiotic narrative theory has value and potential for analyzing related issues, and the semiotic narrative mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness tourism provides the theoretical possibility for "nature" as the quasi-subject to become a narrative therapist, thereby promoting tourism methods that are conducive to the mental health of the elderly.
