广藿香油的研究进展

摘要:广藿香为唇形科植物广藿香Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth.的地上干燥部分,广藿香油为广藿香的主要活性物质。至今已从广藿香油中分离出近百种化合物,其中百秋李醇、广藿香酮及广藿香烯为主要活性成分。广藿香油具有解热、镇痛、抗炎、抗菌及抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。归纳10年来国内外有关广藿香油的研究进展,对不同产地和提取方法对广藿香油的化学成分进行比较,对其药理作用和开发现状进行梳理。

Abstract:Guanghuoxiang (Pogostemonis herba) is the dry part of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. Patchouli oil is the main active substance of Guanghuoxiang (Pogostemonis herba). So far, nearly one hundred compounds have been isolated from patchouli oil, among which patchouli alcohol, patchouli ketone and patchouliene are the main active components. Patchouli oil has many pharmacological effects such as antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-tumor. The research progress of patchouli oil at home and abroad in the past 10 years was summarized. The chemical constituents of patchouli oil from different producing areas and extraction methods were compared, and its pharmacological effects and development status were sorted out.
