心力衰竭相关古籍病名新探*

摘要：

基于心力衰竭常见症状（水肿、咳喘、胸闷胸痛），系统梳理中医古籍文献，发现十水、膜外气、子气、涌水、饮气嗽、阴喘、正水、七气、五膈及五噎等病证与现代心力衰竭临床表现相关。其中十水、子气以身体低垂部位水肿为特征，膜外气、涌水以腹水为特点，饮气嗽、阴喘、正水以气喘为主要表现，七气、五膈、五噎则以胸痛胸闷为特点。此外，古籍中同一病名的临床表现存在时代演变特征，为中医诊治心力衰竭提供了文献依据和理论参考。

Abstract：

Based on the common symptoms of heart failure (edema, cough with asthma, chest tightness and chest pain), this paper systematically sorts out ancient Chinese medical literature and finds that such diseases as Shi Shui, Mo Wai Qi, Zi Qi, Yong Shui, Yin Qi Sou, Yin Chuan, Zheng Shui, Qi Qi, Wu Ge and Wu Ye are related to the clinical manifestations of modern heart failure. Among them, Shi Shui and Zi Qi are characterized by edema in the dependent parts of the body. Mo Wai Qi and Yong Shui are featured by ascites. Yin Qi Sou, Yin Chuan and Zheng Shui mainly present with asthma, while Qi Qi, Wu Ge and Wu Ye are marked by chest pain and chest tightness. In addition, the clinical manifestations of the same disease name in ancient literature show the characteristics of evolution over different dynasties, which provides literature evidence and theoretical reference for the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
