药食同源中药防治恶性肿瘤的研究现状*

摘要:归纳整理药食同源中药防治恶性肿瘤的作用机制及具有抗肿瘤作用的药食同源中药功效分类。药食同源中药在防治恶性肿瘤方面具有显著优势,可以通过调节肠道微生物菌群、减轻炎症反应和抵抗氧化应激抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖、迁移和侵袭。

关键词:肿瘤;中医食疗;药食同源;作用机制

Abstract:

This review summarizes the mechanisms by which medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) prevent and treat malignant tumors and classifies their anti-tumor efficacy. TCMs exhibit notable advantages by inhibiting tumor cell growth, proliferation, migration, and invasion through modulation of gut microbiota, attenuation of inflammatory responses, and combatting oxidative stress.
