吐蕃时期藏医儿科专著《琼结玉吐》的再考究*

摘要：

《琼结玉吐》（chung dpyd gyu mthur）是可追溯至吐蕃时期的重要藏医儿科学专著，也是目前发现最早的藏医儿科学手抄版专著古籍之一。以此命名的古籍共有三部，每部古籍的名称中均有“琼结玉吐”的藏文字样。其中一部古籍首次对儿科学的名称采用了藏、汉双语的表述，另外两部古籍的文法与敦煌古籍的文法有相似之处。采用藏医学文献法、历史时间轴法及对比法等，分别对三部相似书名古籍的成书年代、作者、主要内容进行研究。三部典籍均著于吐蕃时期，相互之间存在着一定的关联，且在一定程度上影响了后世藏医儿科学的研究。

Abstract：

Chung dpyd gyu mthur (琼结玉吐) represents a significant pediatric treatise in Tibetan medicine dating to the Imperial Tibetan Period. As one of the earliest extant manuscript-based pediatric monographs in Tibetan medical literature, three distinct classical texts share the core designation Chung dprd gyu mthur in their titles. Crucially, one of these texts employs bilingual nomenclature (Tibetan-Chinese) for pediatric terminology, while the other two demonstrate grammatical parallels with Dunhuang manuscripts. Through philological analysis of Tibetan medical literature, historical chronology, and comparative textual methodology, this study examines the authorship, dating, and core content of these three similarly titled works. All three texts were composed during the Imperial Tibetan Period, exhibit substantive intertextual connections, and exerted discernible influence on subsequent pediatric research within the Tibetan medical tradition.
