基于Coocation和VOSviewer可视化知识图谱的恰玛古研究动态和热点分析*

摘要:
目的:了解恰玛古(学名芜菁)研究的现状与发展趋势,把握其研究热点和前沿动态,为恰玛古的科研创新及产业发展提供科学参考和理论依据。方法:检索Web of Sciences(WOS)核心合集、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、维普中文期刊服务平台(CSTJ)及中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed),收集建库至2025年1月7日与恰玛古相关的文献资料。借助Coocation(COOC)14.9软件对数据进行处理和筛选,并运用VOSviewer 1.6.20可视化技术,从文献的国家/省份、机构、作者、关键词、期刊、学科分类及合作网络等多个维度,对恰玛古研究热点、前沿动态等进行梳理与总结。结果:纳入中文文献411篇,英文文献194篇,共605篇文献。恰玛古相关领域发文量在2007年以前呈现上升趋势,之后发文量趋于稳定状态。中国是恰玛古研究的核心国家,新疆医科大学是恰玛古科研的主体机构。中文文献研究主题主要为恰玛古有效成分、生长特性、引种栽培、药效学;英文文献研究主题集中于恰玛古的活性成分及作用机制、代谢途径、基因调控、环境适应性。结论:恰玛古研究已步入一个多元化且稳定的发展阶段,当前热点集中于栽培技术、有效成分、作用机制及基因调控等领域。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the current status
and development trends of Brassica rapa L. research, identify research hotspots
and frontier dynamics, and provide scientific reference and theoretical basis
for its scientific innovation and industrial development. Methods: Literature
related to Brassica rapa L. was retrieved from the Web of Science (WOS) core
collection, China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data
knowledge service platform, VIP Chinese journal service platform (CSTJ), and
SinoMed Database, covering all publications up to January 7, 2025. Data were
processed and screened using Coocation (COOC) 14.9 software, and visualized
using VOSviewer 1.6.20. Multiple dimensions, including country/province,
institution, author, keywords, journal, subject category, and collaboration
networks, were analyzed to comprehensively summarize research hotspots and
frontier trends in Brassia rapa L. studies. Results: A total of 605 articles
were included, comprising 411 Chinese publications and 194 English
publications. The annual publication volume in this field showed an increasing
trend before 2007 and stabilized thereafter. China is the core country in
Brassica rapa L. research, with Xinjiang Medical University serving as the main
institution, providing a solid foundation for the development of this field.
Chinese literature primarily focuses on active ingredients, growth
characteristics, introduction and cultivation, and pharmacodynamics, while
English literature emphasizes active components and mechanisms of action,
metabolic pathways, gene regulation, and environmental adaptability.
Conclusion: Research on Brassica rapa L. has entered a stage of diversified and
stable development, with current hotspots focusing on cultivation techniques,
active components, mechanisms of action, and gene regulation.
