余甘子治疫古今文献考证与理论发微*

摘要：通过梳理古今中医、少数民族医药文献资料，结合现代药理研究结果，对余甘子治疫理论与临床应用指征进行了分析探讨。余甘子为藏族习用药材，在清热凉血、消食健胃、生津止咳之余，因其独特性味而具有良好的抗疫功效。中医古籍、少数民族医药文献及现代文献中，均有余甘子治疗疫病的记载。在疫病前期，可补虚抗邪，攻补兼具；在疫病中期，可清热利咽，宣肺止咳；在疫病后期，可消食健胃，滋阴生津。同时，余甘子在治疗疫病的过程中，又能消除疫病引发的各种症状，诸如发热、咳嗽、咽痛等，是辨证论治与辨病论治的有机结合。

Abstract：

By sorting out the literature of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and ethnic minority medicine from ancient to modern times, combined with the results of modern pharmacological research, this paper analyzes and discusses the theory and clinical application indications of Yuganzi (Phyllanthi Fructus) in treating epidemics. Yuganzi (Phyllanthi Fructus) is a commonly used medicinal material in Tibetan medicine. In addition to clearing heat and cooling blood, promoting digestion and invigorating the stomach, promoting fluid production and relieving cough, it has good anti-epidemic effects due to its unique nature and flavor. Records of Yuganzi (Phyllanthi Fructus) for treating epidemics can be found in ancient TCM books, ethnic minority medical literatures and modern documents. In the early stage of epidemics, it can tonify deficiency and resist pathogens, with both attacking and tonifying effects. In the middle stage of epidemics, it can clear heat and soothe the throat, diffuse the lung and relieve cough. In the late stage of epidemics, it can promote digestion and invigorate the stomach, nourish Yin and promote fluid production. Meanwhile, in the process of treating epidemics, Yuganzi (Phyllanthi Fructus) can also alleviate various symptoms caused by epidemics, such as fever, cough, sore throat, etc., which is an organic combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.
