中医药参与株洲市应对人口老龄化对策及分析*

摘要：为深入了解株洲市人口老龄化情况，通过文献研究法、政府报告分析、百度引擎搜索等方式获取了株洲市人口老龄化数据，以及株洲市城市优势和特色提出适合株洲市积极应对人口老龄化的策略。笔者认为株洲是底蕴深厚的神农福地，自古有“神农尝百草”的传说，可依托株洲文化特色发展中医药，将中医药纳入医养结合事业；株洲交通便利，气候宜人，应加大多功能养老综合体项目开发，积极打造城市品牌，吸引更多年轻人定居和就业；株洲城镇老龄化程度高于农村，可打造城市老龄品牌，推动老龄产业发展。

Abstract：In order to deeply understand the aging population
situation in Zhuzhou, the data on aging population in Zhuzhou and the urban
advantages and characteristics of Zhuzhou were obtained through methods such as
literature research, government report analysis, and Baidu engine search, to
put forward suitable strategies for actively responding to the aging
population. The auther believes that Zhuzhou is a profound cultural land with a
long history, and it has the legend of Shennong tasting hundreds of herbs. It
can leverage its cultural features to develop traditional Chinese medicine and
integrate traditional Chinese medicine into healthcare and nursing integration.
Zhuzhou has convenient transportation and pleasant climate, and it should
increase the development of multi-functional elderly care comprehensive
projects and actively create city brands to attract more young people to settle
down and work. The urban aging rate in Zhuzhou is higher than that in rural
areas, and the urban aging brand should be promoted to drive the development of
the aging industry.
