蓝狐胆粉的化学成分研究*

摘要:目的:研究蓝狐(Alopex lagopus)胆粉的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、ODS色谱柱、正向硅胶色谱柱、制备型HPLC分离纯化蓝狐胆粉甲醇提取物,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果:从甲醇提取物中分离得到5种化合物,分别鉴定为牛磺熊去氧胆酸、牛磺鹅去氧胆酸、牛磺胆酸、牛磺去氧胆酸及熊去氧胆酸。结论:牛磺熊去氧胆酸、牛磺鹅去氧胆酸、牛磺胆酸、牛磺去氧胆酸及熊去氧胆酸均为首次从蓝狐胆粉中分离获得,也是首次从该属动物中分离获得。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the
bile powder of Alopex lagopus. Methods: The methanol extract of the bile powder
of Alopex lagopus was separated and purified using macroporous resin, ODS
column chromatography, forward silica gel column chromatography, and
preparative HPLC. The chemical structure of the compounds was identified based
on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Five compounds
were isolated from methanol extract and identified as tauroursodeoxycholic
acid, taurochenodeoxycholic acid, taurocholic acid, taurodeoxycholic acid, and
ursodeoxycholic acid. Conclusion: Tauroursodeoxycholic acid,
taurochenodeoxycholic acid, taurocholic acid, taurodeoxycholic acid and
ursodeoxycholic acid were all isolated for the first time from the bile powder
of Alopex lagopus and from this genus of animals.
