中医药调控Hedgehog信号通路防治肝纤维化的研究进展*

摘要:

中药单体如酚类(丹酚酸B、姜黄素、白藜芦醇)、萜类(毛喉素、罗汉果皂苷Ⅳ、龙胆苦苷等)、黄酮类(原花青素B2、淫羊藿苷、汉黄芩素等)、生物碱类(川芎嗪、黄连素)及补肾化瘀方、慈菇消脂方、茵陈三甲散、抗纤软肝颗粒等中药复方或中成药可通过抑制Hedgehog信号通路调控肝星状细胞活化、调控肝星状细胞增殖与凋亡、抑制肝脏炎症反应、抑制肝窦毛细血管化等途径发挥防治肝纤维化的目的,具有多层次、多靶点、多环节的独特优势。

Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine monomers such as phenols (salvianolic acid B, curcumin and resveratrol), terpenoids (forskolin, mogroside , gentianoside, etc.), flavonoids (proanthocyanidin B2, icariin, wogonin, etc.), alkaloids (ligustrazine and berberine), and traditional Chinese medicine compounds or proprietary Chinese medicines, such as Bushen Huayu Decoction (补肾化瘀方), Cigu Xiaozhi Decoction (慈菇消脂方), Yinchen Sanjia Powder (茵陈三甲散) and Kangxian Ruangan Granule (抗纤软肝颗粒) can regulate the activation of hepatic stellate cells, regulate the proliferation and apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells, inhibit liver inflammation, and inhibit hepatic sinusoidal capillarization by inhibiting the Hedgehog signaling pathway. It has the unique advantages of multi-level, multi-target and multi-link.
