中医药国际化发展的策略研究

摘要：

中医药积极参与重大传染病防控国际合作，进一步凸显了其在构建人类卫生健康共同体中的重要作用，中医药的国际化交流也不断得到深化。从平台建设、人才保障、标准制定、传播途径、市场开发5个方面，阐述中医药海外中心建设、教育国际化合作、标准化体系完善等方面的发展概况与经验，并对存在的融资模式单一、高水平人才短缺，以及国内外标准不统一、不熟悉等问题展开分析。在此基础上，从5个方面提出应对措施：探索多元融资模式，强化平台自身的造血功能；建立对象国标准化人才培养机制，完善国内数字化人才培养体系；推进国内外中医药相关标准的统一、规范发展，注重团体标准的转化和团体效应的发挥；鼓励多元主体创新传播路径；严把中医药质量关，兼顾保护机制的建立健全。

Abstract：

With the active participation of traditional Chinese medicine in international cooperation for the prevention and control of major infectious diseases, its important role in building a human health community has been further highlighted, and the international exchange of traditional Chinese medicine has also been continuously deepened. This article elaborates on the development overview and experience of the construction of overseas centers for traditional Chinese medicine, international cooperation in education, and the improvement of standardization systems from five aspects, including platform construction, talent guarantee, standard setting, dissemination channels, and market development. It also analyzes the problems of single financing models, shortage of high-level talents, and inconsistent and unfamiliar domestic and foreign standards. On this basis, countermeasures are proposed from five aspects, including exploring diversified financing models and strengthening the platform's own hematopoietic function; establishing a standardized talent training mechanism for target countries and improving the domestic digital talent training system; promoting the unified and standardized development of domestic and foreign standards related to traditional Chinese medicine, and paying attention to the transformation of group standards and the exertion of group effects; encouraging diverse stakeholders to innovate communication pathways; strictly controlling the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and establish a sound protection mechanism.
